FAQ additions

Hi - very excited about the project, and I've put down a deposit. However, your FAQ guide has a lot of room for details before I commit to buying. I hope you can add these items to your FAQ:

  1. What kind of tools are these? Can you give me the exact details of what standard your tooling uses? Where do I find a selection of tooling? If these are proprietary tools, that is a problem.

  2. Why are steel and cast iron notably not in the list of materials you can cut? Are you limited by magnetic chaff in some way? Titanium is impressive, but I will never use it. Brass and aluminum are nice, but not what I work with regularly. I need steel cutting capability. Your demos and lists are VERY conspicuously avoiding how steel or cast iron can be machined.

  3. Full pricing door-to-door. You quote the price for the equipment (US$5k) but that is not the full cost... or is it? I purchased a Gweike fiber laser (also on Kickstarter) and they were very good with including shipping and tariff costs in the price. Are you also including those costs?

  4. Consumables. Are there any consumables? Filters, bearings, etc?

  5. Pre-access to software. Software is almost half of what I'm buying. The software without the machine is meaningless, so there is no good reason that you would not provide the software for evaluation. If you somehow are worried that the software will be pirated (which should be impossible, given tight integration with the hardware) then you will have that problem as soon as you ship the first machine. I want to see what the software looks like.

  6. Manuals. How well you document something tells me how serious you are about quality. Make the full documentation available as soon as possible, because I'm going to make buying decisions based on the documentation.

  7. Power conditioning. Does this equipment require power conditioning? Is it designed for 60Hz or is it designed for 50Hz?

Thank you in advance.
