37M Upper NCC Looking To Get Out More
Looking for a friend in or near my location. Moved to upper NCC years ago trying to get paid more than minimum wage (slower lower transplant — didn’t work out too well). Embarrassed to admit but I’ve never really had anyone in my personal life I could call a “friend” — mostly self-inflicted though. Always preferred peace and quiet over building bonds with people but I’m trying to change that.
I don’t drink or smoke. I have zero issue with others doing it, just not my thing and I’m too poor for habits like that anyways.
I don’t really have any hobbies or interests. In the past I probably would’ve bragged about that being an asset because I don’t have my own obligations. That I am always happy to tag along/get into the hobbies of my friend(s). Unfortunately it’s not as cool-sounding when you’re in your late 30s. My only no-go is D&D — nothing against it, just not a fan.
No wife or kids. Pretty introverted/quiet and kind of terrible at holding a conversation. I’m super boringly normal though; I’m happy and content in my life and am an eternal optimist. I bring no drama, stress, or negativity.
I always have Discord open so if you just want to chat/shoot the breeze I’m down for that. Comments and DMs on here also open (I think?).
