Hello all. I was made redundant 6 months ago, after numerous applications to a variety of roles, I’m currently half way through my ‘training’ for an unnamed telephone research company….who even takes calls from unknown numbers, let alone has 20 minutes+ free to answer questions!? I know this isn’t the right attitude, but I’m genuinely struggling to get my head around this.

Any advice from someone who’s done this sort of thing before or is currently doing it?
