if im ever to get another infantry general, should i get meretskov or vasily

i have decided to buy 1 more general before i start spending whatever medals i get to upgrade my generals, who should it be balck or paulus, I'm leaning towards balck since his skill is pretty good for frontier mode and stuff like that

new general or upgrade current roster?

with the addition of balck and Paulus, should my next purchase still be yamaguchi or should i get one of those bros?

should i buy yamaguchi or spend my medals towards bettering my existing generals, my best naval hitters are donitz and darlan

these are my generals and profiles of some of the stronger generals, what should i do with the medals im getting now? also suggestions on any changes to the skills of the generals are welcomed

for context, i have the last level of last campaign left to clear, ive cleared challenge mode of all of campaign 1, campaign 2 and 3 are all done on hard difficulty

should i put skills on him and max him out or only focus on nameplate and train him asap, how do i train? what do i need to train him?
