Combined gross income is 225k. I have 2 kids in daycare which costs 2k a month, 420 car payment per month, 285 monthly student loan payment. No other debt. 190k in savings. Down payment close to 80k. Want to max out 401k and Roth accounts (~60,000) each year.

I need to explain UX to an audience of stakeholders with no understanding or prior experience with UX.

Do you know of any presentations that do this well? If so, can you please share with me?

What do you think should be the minimum educational requirements to be a UXR Manager?
