This new program advertised 6 positions on their website and then during an open house meeting that they conducted with over 200 applicants where they revealed that they were only going to offer two positions for their inaugural year.

I think this behavior was dishonest and they should be reported for this. Anyone else in the same boat that wasted a signal on them?
Welcome any thoughts or feedback about how this should be dealt with.
