I understand that everyone is distraught right now about the RTO information going out currently.

Does anyone else feel like this rhetoric is very similar to last year? Meaning that there is still plenty of hope to be had that another delay or deal is worked out in the 11th hour?

Just wondering where people's heads are at and why there seems to be a feeling that this time is different.
