Quitting after 7 years for my acne

Long story short, I’ve been vaping since I was 14 (unfortunately), and I’m turning 23 this year. I decided quit last week as an experiment - I’ve dealt with acne for most of my teenage years and adulthood, so I wondered if vaping was contributing to my bad skin. Lo and behold, after not vaping for about 9 days, by day 6 my skin was clearer than I can remember it being for a long time. I ended up “relapsing” and vaping again for 3 days, but tonight, I threw out my vape, pods, and juice. I never really thought there would be a time in my life where I wasn’t vaping, but here we are. I’m nervous because I know what withdrawal feels like, but I’m also really excited to take on this challenge.
