I can’t understand why these are on the rise. I see so many drivers treat these incorrectly, not understanding that each car must stop. YOU CANNOT BLOW THROUGH A BLINKING RED LIGHT. The entire concept confuses the average driver and certainly makes crosswalks more dangerous at the cost of moving traffic along a little bit faster
