Calling in mentally ill

I know it’s maybe silly but I’m having a serious mental ocd breakdown I’m gonna be okay of course but I’m kind of off the deep end here right now and I posted my shifts for Saturday & Sunday already, it’s Thursday I begged ppl to take my shifts pls I could not get it covered and I’m totally freaking out. If I call in like I physically cannot come in I’m like partially considering voluntary psych hold at hospital I don’t know but anyways am I gonna get fired and is it gonna be weird if I call into work for both days… I would be willing to get a doctors note for real.

Should I just say fck it and call in for both days tmw (it’s Thursday tmw is Friday) call in and say I can’t come both days both tmw and the next day…???? Like sorry but I’m not gonna be ok at work!!! I wouldn’t do this if I wasn’t seriously struggling. Omgg I’m so scared right now. Help me now

Can you see a PT just because you have hyper mobile elbows and knees and for foot and thus some knee pain / weakness when exercising?

I hope this isn’t dumb question. So I’m 23f who has never seen a PT before, been very unathletic my whole life. I started working out consistently at a gym around 4-5 months ago to try to become functionally stronger and perhaps a bit more athletic. I’m 5’11 very lean and lanky. I feel weaker than should be normal sometimes, especially so in my legs, like my knees and glutes. I have been working really hard trying to strengthen my glutes and legs but even now still they get so exhausted trying to keep me upright all day and I have to lean on stuff or put my weight onto one hip. I’m so cautious when lifting so as not to hyperextend my body I Swear but I still have knee pain (not debilitating, I’m only 23 still) and often hear this kind of clicking sound or sensation when exercising which I feel is due to hyper mobility.
My posture sucks which I’ve been trying to fix in and out of gym. But the reason why I initially considered seeing a PT is because about a month ago I was doing hip thrust at the gym and set up totally wrong and my left shoulder ended up taking on the brunt of the weight in a weird way and now I can’t comfortably do lateral raises. And then I got to thinking well what if a PT could do a consultation on all this other stuff too? Is this something people see a PT for? I just feel so weak still and maybe I just need to continue in gym and eventually it’ll get better but I can’t help but wonder if maybe a PT could help advise me in this or if this is just something to bring to a personal trainer at my gym.

Touching up SPF thru day?

Hi guys!
I have been on Tret for a while but only have use 2-3 times a week so I would rotate w my sulfacetamide lotion, but now my derm and I decided I would switch to sulfur face WASH in the mornings and then Tret EVERY night (or at least 4-5x a week til I get more accustomed to it).

That said it’s about to be summer and although I always wear spf under my makeup (I use either super goop watery face lotion spf 50 or canmake mermaid uv) I need recommendations of products to keep my face protected thru the day. Besides wearing a hat lol.

I’ve seen that supergoop makes a touch up setting powder and mist, that could be interesting, I’ve also heard good things about ColorScience makeup?

I work in a restaraunt and we have an outdoor patio where my face is exposed to the sun and I am already very pale naturally and my nose and cheeks burn FAST. Even just driving in the car I can get burnt. And now that’s going to be much more intense with this new combination. I’m scareddddd!!

Help meeeee!!!!

Edit to add: also If u have any cute sun hat recommendations put me onnnn! Like actually cute ones tho not the fishing type ones. Thank you lol!!

EDIT AGAIN: Tret is 0.025%
Not sure if it’s relevant but the face wash I mentioned is sulfacetamide-sulfur 10%-5% (w/w) cleanser
