Generating more SEO pages stopped being the hard part

AI made it pretty easy to create another 20 or 50 pages but I’m starting to think that’s almost the least interesting part of programmatic SEO now and the annoying stuff comes later when a product detail changes you want to reorganize a category, add another field or realize the same information is sitting across a bunch of pages in slightly different versions.

Been experimenting more with keeping the actual information structured underneath the pages and letting the pages pull from that instead and it feels backwards because I used to spend most of the time thinking about templates and keywords first but now I’m wondering if the quality of the dataset and how easy it is to maintain matters more than how quickly you can generate the pages.
