I usually don’t post things like this, but I genuinely want to help someone who deserves a chance.

A fellow Himachali engineer in the USA has been struggling to land a stable opportunity despite being hardworking, qualified, and sincere. The job market is rough already, and what makes it harder is having almost no close network or community support there.

People often say “network matters more than talent abroad” and honestly, that feels painfully true sometimes.

He is from Hamirpur, studied engineering, moved to do masters as a fresh graduate with hopes like many of us do, and is trying his best to survive professionally in a completely different environment. But without referrals, guidance, or even basic connections, it becomes isolating very quickly.

So posting this here with hope:

If any Himachalis in the USA work in tech, engineering, consulting, operations, startups, or know companies hiring - please consider helping.
