Hey y’all. I started jogging last year, totally love it, and over the last 18 months have been building up my fitness slowly. I did 5ks last summer, and am now getting to 10k territory. However, as I do my long runs, I keep getting blisters on the inside of my arch around 5 miles.
I used to get bad blisters on my heels as a kid all the time, I guess I am sensitive to them, but that has not been an issue my whole running journey. It’s just now that I’m running farther longer, they keep popping up in the same place.
Is this a shoe issue? I’ll take any recs on solves from distance runners!!! Thanks y’all!!
