I have a 80 percent overall rating with the new update it officially dropped me out of my platinum driver status now I have to wait longer for orders and my orders have gotten worse. Btw absolutely hate this update doordash always screws the driver but I do have a couple platinum passes from being platinum for so long the new rating is 85 I'm only an 80 and my AR is about 35% rn which is most of the issue . Should I use my platinum pass ? Any advice? Or should I just stick it out and bump up my AR to earn platinum back ? Any suggestions?
