I am considering leasing at Society145 but I’m a little confused and it’s been difficult to get a response from their team. If anyone who has/is leasing from them could clarify, it would be extremely helpful:

Should the suite/unit # be included in the lease? My lease currently doesn’t show a specific suite number, just the type of unit we will be leasing.

Can rent payment be done separately by each roommate or does it need to be paid by 1 roommate only?

Do all units of the same type generally look the same? The leasing agent is currently unable to provide us with a virtual tour, but sent us the video tour posted online.

Any clarification would be appreciated!
