Neck milia?
It’s quite hard to see, but I’m 57, I microneedle my face and neck every 6 weeks and use a red light panel 5 days a week. I’m currently saving up for a co2 fractional laser treatment. My query is ( it’s not easy to see), that my neck is covered with small white hard lumps, ?milia, and it’s quite extensive. I do use factor 50, retinol, pdrn etc, but how do I get rid of these?
I do have multiple autoimmune issues including scleroderma and sjogrens which really doesn’t help matters.
