I’ve been visiting Webster Pond for years, usually with my camera in hand. This is one of the photos I’ve taken there.

It’s one of those places in Syracuse that I think is genuinely worth supporting — a place where people can enjoy the outdoors, connect with local wildlife, take photos, bring their families, or just spend some time away from everything.

What is the perfect evening, the sky was beautiful it was warm on a great summer night and these hot air balloons floating into the air.

First time renting a lens. The Tamron 150-500mm for my Fujifilm Xt5. it's a beast of lens. Got it deliver yesterday and since it was so nice outside. Thought I would give it a spin. I have have never had this type of reach before and the compression is WOW. More from Saturday later .

For the last few years I've been going to a lot of the local car shows specifically the one on Wetzel Road in Liverpool on Tuesday nights . I just really enjoyed the older cars and I started photographing quite a few of them as a hobby. So every year, I make plans to go to the Syracuse Nationals and then something else comes up. Plans dashed, maybe next year.

I did get to see these two automobiles at the Sunday Flea Market at the CNY Regional Market.

Wasn't a complete loss.

I was over that area for a completely different reason, I didn't even know it was going on.

I like classic cars, I do not own one but style and power is intoxicating.

Visited ESTA Safety Park Dragstrip yesterday for the first time and brought my camera along. I had only heard about the place last year, but I finally made it out there — and honestly, it was a blast. The sound, the speed, the smoke, the staging line, all of it had that old-school local racing energy.

I've never rode on a horse before but I think I should probably try, anybody recommend a place in Syracuse?

Never been on a horse before. Might need to change that?

Are you familiar with Webster Pond located right here in Syracuse on Valley Dr? Beautiful location on a beautiful day in Syracuse. There's a good walking path, good benches to sit down and just watch the geese, ducks and swan.

If you haven't checked them out. I highly recommend.

There's a building there where you can buy corn and lettuce to feed the animals so don't bring food in from home.
