I’m trying to list a simple free app (invoicing + Stripe), but got stuck before even reaching security review.

Apparently there’s a “business plan approval” step first, and mine is now sitting in internal review with no timeline.

What I’m trying to figure out:

• Did you already have users before listing?
• Or did you rely on AppExchange for initial distribution?
• How long did this stage actually take for you?

Right now it feels like:
no listing → no installs
no installs → no approval

Curious how others navigated this.
