die off symptoms were so bad they sent me to the hospital . any tips you all can give me help me finish the medication with lowering the flu like die off symptoms? 🙏🏾

currently on rifaxamin 3x a day with neomycin 2x a day. the die off symptoms are actually terrible , my neck hurts, head hurts , throat is sore , i’m constipated , and i feel like im sick even though im not . any tips or words of encouragement ?
