I have been trying to keep an open mind and give Bello the benefit of the doubt, but after watching all of his starts this year I just genuinely don't think he has the mental fitness to stay a starting pitcher, at least right now.

Its pretty well known that baseball can be a mental game, and it seems like Bello can do alright until he gets into a little bit of trouble, whether that be walking somebody, hitting a HR off him, or letting a couple hits in a row. It seems like a switch flips when he gets in trouble and he starts freaking out and completely missing his targets by a pretty large margin. I think it was 9 balls in a row in todays game? Then they cut to him in the dugout screaming and throwing/hitting shit! Like that is going to help somehow.

I know were struggling right now with Gray, Crochet, Oviedo and company all being injured, but I really don't think keeping him in the SP lineup is doing us any favors. I say send him down to Worcester for a little and let him figure out whatever this problem is there, because right now seeing him as the pitcher is like an automatic assumed loss.

Yankees suck!
