A friend and I are both passionate about animal walfare and rights, and we wanted a non profit of sorts or amassing project to help them out. And some things were targeting is puppy mills, adoption, and animal cruelty. As in the state we live in considers having a pet as a right and those with animal abuse history can continue to have pets. I was wondering if anyone has any advice of sorts, or where to begin
