What's wrong with my CV!

Looking for a Full time position/ Graduate Trainee position for the role of Systems Engineer or other appropriate position but didn't get a single interview till now. What am I doing wrong? I also wrote the CV in german and applied with it, also resulted in no success. Currently writing my thesis with the same company where I interned. Any suggestions which position should I target!
