Help?

I have emailed with this potential landlord back and forth (I found them on StudentPad), and after they sent me the house rules, which seemed okay and reasonable I asked to view the property upon arrival in September 1st before agreeing to anything. This was the response. Is this normal? I was advised to never book anything over the phone or zoom and to always view a place in person.

Hi all👋

I am set to attend this MA in September.

Is there anyone else on here that has completed this programme? I'm looking for some insight from previous attendees.

Hi everyone, first-time poster here.

I recently accepted an offer from the University of Galway for an MA in Film Studies: Theory and Practice starting this autumn.

I am looking for some advice on what to expect and could really use some honest feedback from someone who has graduated from this MA.

I am aware of the rising housing crisis, but I am moving there from Greece (it's really bad here too), so how bad could it truly be?

I'm hoping I'll get chosen for the accommodation in Corrib village, but I know it's difficult to get in.

Any advice and opinions are appreciated.
