My gf is starting school soon and I wanna surprise her with a new MacBook since her current one is like a decade old.

What’s the main difference of getting a M5 chip with 24GB vs the M5 pro chip that comes with 24GB?

I don’t think she’ll be using any intensive programs but I’d like spend the extra money for the better chip if it’s worth it.
