DLC TRM Neutron 2 (20CV) with extra scales and hardware

• Sale value: $200 via PayPal G&S only
• Ownership: 3rd
• Usage: cut the paper labels off a few plastic jugs (distilled water) for recycling
• Carry: none (lived at home)
• Disassembly: partial, only to install new contoured scales
• Sharpening: strop only (appears to be on its factory edge)
• Centering: dead center
• Lockup: 25% with no lock stick
• Condition and other notes:
  • The DLC is a bit scratchy and hazy, especially on the clip side—please look at my pictures carefully. This may just be the way it came from TRM: every image I could find of other DLC N2s shows similar patterns in the DLC.   • One of the black screws on the clip side has a tiny bit of its finish worn off
  • The DLC pocket clip does not sit flat on the contoured scale. If you want to use the pocket clip, you may need to swap a flat black scale back in.
  • The micarta scales are from the first owner, who dyed and sanded them. They were warped, but I've mostly unwarped them with a few rubber bands, mild heat, and a few weeks. The flat G10 scales are from the second owner and were purchased from TRM; they're in excellent shape with the only notable marks being from the pocket clip (visible in my pictures). The contoured G10 scales are from me and were purchased from TRM. They're in excellent condition, and they never had a pocket clip mounted on them.
  • Included with purchase: original box, N2, pocket clip, spare washers, spare screw set, spare scale screw set, o-ring pack (blue o-ring installed on N2), original micarta scales (modded by first owner), flat G10 scales.

  • Brand new and never mounted since I enjoyed the stock smooth contoured G10 Lander 1 scales too much.
  • I applied and buffed out Boeshield T-9 to the inside of the scales just to make the inner surface slicker.
