I added an XWT18 to my impact wrench collection and IMO, if you could only have one, this is it. I tested with removing lugs nuts (torqued at 90 ft-lbs) and it was easy peasy.

I got the XWT08 9 years ago and it is very heavy. It is heavier than my pneumatic impact wrench. Due to its large size, I can’t use it in tight spaces. (Suspension/brake works in the driveway.)

I got the XWT12 4 years ago thinking it would solve the tight space issue but it is weak! It struggled with M10 fasteners. Great for M6 and M8 fasteners - i.e. tearing down an engine.

Next picture is a comparison to my pneumatic workhorse, Craftsman Rebrand IR 2112 and 2131. XWT18 with 5 AH: 5 lbs 12.3 oz, IR 2131: 4 lbs 9 oz, XWT08 with 5AH: 7 lbs 15.4 oz.

I am pretty sure I will sell one of the XWT12 and add an XWT16 in the near future.
