I am being gifted the following antenna tower. It’s cemented in the ground and would like to replace the bottom with a hinged base plate if possible since I’m not sure if I want it to be permanent at my QTH. Any idea the brand or what kind of base plate I would need? Also intrested in adding more sections for more height

I live in an area that has a persistent high noise floor. I am working on getting my new shack in order and need some ideas on what to add(buy) to help. Not really versed on chokes and ferrite cores so the help is appreciated. Also I am very visual so any photos to add is a plus!
