Dragon Quest VIII ending (SPOILERS)
Hello everyone, I have been reading this subreddit for some time without really participating until today; I like the Dragon Quest series very much, even though I only played 5, 8 and 11, but like very much all 3 of them and will surely play the rest eventually!

>!I honestly prefer the 1st ending: even though the biography and the origins of the protagonist become known only in the 2nd ending, but I liked it very much that in the 1st one the princess and the king ACTIVELY OPPOSED the wedding with Charmless, and Medea even said she would rather marry her horse if she had a choice (or something like that), and they resisted even before they knew the protagonist would arrive to save them. In the 2nd ending, on the other hand, both Medea and Trode just walk into the church, completely passive, and seem to be resigned to go through with the wedding to the jerk...!<
