Secret New Hire

Hey y’all, cutting right to the chase. I was hired on and was very aware and clear of my responsibilities, alongside with my schedule. No where in the application did it say “Considering/Interviewing Multiple Candidates.” Out of nowhere now, my managers says: “We are going to clarify next week your schedule.” I was like dog, ok. Guess the office making schedule changes, alright. Then they send a “welcome new hire to the team” text and then an email following up that with my “new” and “clarified” schedule, cutting my hours in half. Never knew, never got a heads up and now I lwk feel duped. Cutting my time, my paycheck, and because I’ve been having issues with one of my managers, I feel like this is the start of weeding me out. Any ideas on what I should do or ask? Because imo it was a jank move on their part.

More context: Here are the circumstances. It’s my third week, I have no consistent trainer so I am 90% of the time alone figuring it out with some tips here and there from my managers. The issue with one of them is that she belittles me whenever I don’t know something. My middle name is “confused” because whenever I ask something or say something she says I’m just “confused.” And she always interrupts me and cuts me off while I’m trying to explain to her my question or thought process. Not to mention she contradicts herself when explaining stuff so now I’m REALLY confused but god forbid I speak up. So it’s been a bit hard to manage her and the job because she makes the job more difficult than it needs to be.
