I take Uber to work and I’m starting to think there’s something wrong in the way Uber charges for the rides. Its so difficult to track how much I paid because some of the transactions happen way after the actual rides. For example today my morning ride was R39 and in the afternoon R69. I get a message now from my bank for transactions of R69 and R75?? I check my ride history and yesterdays ride cost R66 but where is the R39 one? And where did the R75 charge come from? Also it can take forever to refund if you cancel a ride and sometimes you don’t get a message to tell you have been refunded. All in all I think its all pretty convoluted and on purpose too.
My question is how do i query these transactions and who can I speak to?
