Here is my attempt at making the 85 Batistuta some sort of midfielder (AM?). It was pretty difficult to train him up especially when trying to avoid STR and SHO. TAC came up a good amount early on but disappeared a few rounds in and I had to spam common coaches lol.
In Game Experience:
He is a very solid ball handler, passer and shooter. With only 60TAC he is a sneakily good tackler who is physically dominant enough to challenge balls up the pitch like very few others. Reminds me tackling wise of Odegaard or Baena. Overall a great option when you’re looking for a very physically dominate and nimble midfielder up front.
Training advice:
For anyone curious in attempting this build. Here’s some things I learned so hindsight 20/20.
Use Legendary/Rare coaches early especially when you see Tackling. Your best bet to get high TAC is to max out (100) some stats in order to give better odds of hitting TAC. So may as well try +2/+3 TAC when you can while you get the stats you will max anyway up early on. Because if not, in my situation there were 3-5 coache streaks of not seeing TAC once. With this new style of training 70TAC shouldn’t be too out of the question.
Sunmary:
Batistuta @60TAC is surprisingly good paired with his height, PHY and both foot dribbling to form a very solid AM that can stop many advances early up the pitch. A versatile threat offensively with a sneaky defensive ability in his back pocket.
Appreciate anyone taking the time to read and give feedback. Good luck with your matches and training!
