Polishing attempt

Hello everyone, here to share my just finished polishing job on this 20€ knife i got on Amazon.

I started by reprofiling the edge as it had a weird shape (rounded at the heel and the tip). I then started on an NSK oboro knife 200 (spent an absurd amount of time on it) followed by a naniwa 400, at that point, I decided to put a convex at the edge (didn't want to spend 2 more weeks on the 200 and the core steel isn't perfectly in the middle (wasn't fully exposed at some spot)). Next, naniwa 1k, then 3k (a pain in the a** as it just kept loaded up), and to finish an ardennes-coticule coticule bleu natural stone (around 4k). Used it with a good slurry built up with my atoma 140.

In the end, I'm happy with the result, even if it is far from perfect ( a few scratches here and their that I wasn't able to remove).
