Hi everyone, trying to remove a water supply line to install part of the bidet but the 7/8th ballcock fitting has no grip to be able to use a common type of wrench. Have tried a regular wrench and a channel lock plier.

What are my next best options, a basin wrench or a strap wrench? Never had this issue where pliers can grip onto the ridges of the nut.

If you look closely at the picture it has a very slight ridge on the nut, but not enough to grip well.
