Is fsr 4.1 no longer included in cachys proton?

I could've sworn it was a few weeks ago. I know I've never done any tweaking with it other than the fsr4 launch argument and proton GE or proton cachy. Am I Mandela effecting myself?

Edit: I was right, it did work at some point. The pinned comment on this video talks about it being available but now is only done manually either through optiscaler or other means https://youtu.be/_dUGJlRJPYo?si=nI3kqycTqrR0p-OC

Been having issues getting rdr2 to launch. I've tried reinstalling like it asks, clearing my cache, clearing the compat folder. Proton GE, 10.4, experimental, and cachy
