Does she like me?

I may be wrong, but I’m starting to think this friend of mine is becoming interested in me. We met in 2017, lost contact in 2021, and recently started talking again — about a month ago. I began suspecting it because she’s been putting a lot of effort into keeping the conversation going, and recently she started making me feel more intimate with her, even including her mother in some of our WhatsApp voice conversations. More recently, when we finished a conversation, she acted very sweet toward me. I don’t know, everything has felt very gradual and growing over time.

From my side, I think she’s nice, we have similar tastes and humor, I find her attractive, but I can’t really feel chemistry between us. Of course, all of this could simply be a fantasy in my mind and the answer could just be no, but I’d like to understand it better and maybe even see through the birth chart whether I’m also self-sabotaging myself somehow.

(There’s also something that makes me hesitant, besides the factors I listed: I once received a prediction that I would meet a girl with a certain characteristic — specifically that she would wear glasses — which this girl does not, even though I personally think glasses are attractive.)

I’m a Leo Ascendant, therefore ruled by the Sun, and I also have the Sun as my significator of physical attraction, with the Moon acting as a co-significator. She, on the other hand, has an Aquarius Ascendant, so she would be represented by Saturn, in addition to Venus for physical attraction.

Her Saturn in Aries shows a difficult placement (and she actually is dissatisfied with her life at the moment — she’s finishing her Nutrition degree thesis, and she’s also sad because she recently ended an exchange program in Europe and now feels like she lost the freedom she had during the trip, among other issues). However, being in Aries, Saturn receives the Sun, so I could say she likes my personality. She has Venus in Cancer, and Venus in Cancer receives the Moon, my other significator. I imagine this confirms that she likes my personality and emotional energy, but nothing that necessarily points toward sexual attraction.

In my case, I don’t see anything that implies some sort of attraction toward her. I can only tell when the planets receive each other well.

I’d say she likes me a lot, but I believe the planets also confirm the lack of chemistry.

Will I do well in the presentation?

I’m going to give a presentation in my Civil Procedure class on Tuesday. Naturally, I want to do well, because it’s always good to impress the professor, and you never know when you might need them during or after graduation — especially since this professor seems to have excellent professional connections.

I’m a Sagittarius Rising, so I’m represented by Jupiter in Cancer, an exalted placement, which suggests that I have the ability and confidence to deliver a strong presentation. Especially because Jupiter rules legal matters.

What I’m unsure about is whether I should consider the presentation through the 9th house or the 10th house.

If it’s the 9th house, then it would be represented by the Sun in Taurus. I’m not entirely sure how to interpret that.

If it’s the 10th house, then it would be Mercury in Gemini. In that case, Mercury would be in domicile, which would suggest a natural talent for communication and for teaching or presenting ideas clearly.

Where will I meet my future girlfriend?

Since the other post was deleted, I’m posting it again (I accidentally erased the degrees).

I’m a man and I’m curious to know where I’ll meet my future girlfriend (a serious relationship). I’m single. What sparked my curiosity isn’t really when it will happen, but where — that kind of thing gives me a nice and healthy dopamine boost, like hoping for love again.

I’m Sagittarius Rising, so Jupiter is in Cancer in the 8th house. The woman in question would be represented by Mercury in Taurus in the 6th house. The Moon is in Aries in the 5th house. I suppose it could happen at a party, birthday, or something similar.

I imagine that since she’s in the 6th house, it may indicate a place that’s part of her routine. And since I’m in the 8th house, maybe it symbolizes me being there looking for something casual.

I’m not very good at this kind of analysis. Would anyone have something to say about it?

When will my great-aunt die?

Two months ago, I asked whether she would have five years to live, but things progressed to the point that the doctors now say she is terminal, and the treatments are only meant to ensure a more peaceful death. (She has cancer.)

Since she is my great-aunt, she is the sister of my father's father. Therefore, she is represented by the 9th house. So she is Taurus, which makes Venus her significator, and Venus is in Gemini. Death is the 8th house, so Aries, meaning Mars. Mars in Aries hates Venus... I see they are only 2 degrees apart. So I would say anywhere from 2 days to 2 months.

Should I change my position at work?

A person at my workplace was fired, and the position they held is much closer to my home. I would leave earlier there and, because of that, I’d also arrive earlier at college. The place where I currently am isn’t bad, but it’s farther from my house, I leave a bit later, and as a result, I get to college later—even though it’s nearby.

I want to know if it would be better for me to move there.

I’ll consider my current position as L1 and the one I want as L7. In this case, Mercury in Aries represents my current situation, and Jupiter in Cancer represents the one I’m aiming for. Mercury in Aries doesn’t have dignity—it’s okay where I am, not bad. The position I want is exalted, which can mean it’s considered better, although exaltation can sometimes make things seem better than they actually are.

My other significator is the Moon, and Jupiter in Cancer loves the Moon, while the Moon is in Sagittarius, a sign ruled by Jupiter. This seems like a positive indication to ask for the transfer.

I’m going to translate your text, but just a heads-up: I’ll keep the astrological terminology clear in English so it sounds natural and precise.

There will be an anniversary show for an album by my favorite Brazilian indie rock band. In that sense, there are four possibilities: 1) I go alone, 2) I go with a childhood friend who is also my neighbor, 3) I go with another friend I recently went to a different show with, or 4) I invite both of them.

I am L1 in Capricorn, my neighbor is L3, and my other friend is L11. I am Saturn in fall, my neighbor is exalted, and my other friend is Mars in domicile. It’s interesting that I’m the only one in a weak position — I imagine that reflects my insecurity or doubt.

Looking at it more objectively, it seems that Jupiter is more interested than Mars, especially since I am also represented by the Moon. And Jupiter in Cancer really likes the Moon. Mars doesn’t seem that interested. I don’t see any dignities between Mars and the Moon or Saturn, nor between Jupiter and Saturn. Although Jupiter does have dignity with the Moon, this might reflect that my childhood friend/neighbor really enjoys my company.

Another observation that might be relevant is that Jupiter is in the 7th house, which represents partnership — the other person. Possibly, I naturally see my neighbor as the ideal person to go with me, which matches reality, since I’ve already told him, while inviting my 11th house friend is still something I’m unsure about.

For example, if I have two different friends with different personalities, and therefore the experience would be different with each of them. In that sense, I’d like to choose one of them to go to a concert with me. Which house would Friend A and Friend B be?

This woman lives about 1,700 km away from me (in another region of my country). We met online and have kept in touch through the internet. We talk about our colleges, spirituality, life, and everything else.

We have sexual chemistry, and I won’t go into details, but we’re both adults (I’m a 26-year-old man and she’s a 21-year-old woman). We keep flirting with the idea of meeting in person, although I’m very skeptical about it. In the things I say, I make it clear that I like being alone (which is very true), though that doesn’t stop us from flirting.

But I admit that we have a lot in common, and if she lived near me, we definitely would have gone out already, and I would consider her as a girlfriend. However, I have to be rational and weigh things carefully so I don’t make any hasty decisions.

I am the 1st house in Sagittarius, and she is the 7th house in Gemini. So, Jupiter and Mercury. I am exalted in Cancer, and she is peregrine in Aries. From what I’ve learned, she receives me by triplicity, which means she likes me a lot. As for me, I like myself more because my co-significator is the Moon, and Jupiter in Cancer likes the Moon very much. So I think, by itself, it’s a no — the lack of reciprocity.

Well, I’ve been here before asking whether I should leave a religious community I used to be part of. Besides the personal conflicts I went through there, I ended up leaving. However, I still had an “independent” study group. I say that in quotation marks because it belongs to several other groups connected to a larger network, and I was the coordinator of mine.

Recently, I found doctrinal inconsistencies within this group. These inconsistencies have led to a belief system that feels somewhat reactionary and unrealistic. I’ve been wanting to leave this group as well and start a new path. But I’m afraid this might just be an impulsive decision on my part.

Gemini is on the 1st house cusp, so I am represented by Mercury, which has no essential dignity at all. That is not necessarily negative, but it is not necessarily good either, considering it is in Aries. However, the study group is represented by Saturn (taking the 9th house), which places it in a difficult position since Saturn is in Aries, in fall, showing that it is weak and lacking strength.

I am also represented by the Moon in Libra, which is about to make an exact opposition to Saturn. Interestingly, the Moon is in the first degree of Libra, which I think could represent this “new impulse” of mine, and since they are already in opposite signs, perhaps I am already feeling the tension.

It seems to me that the group may not be so beneficial for me.
