Bridge drift

Been playing a year. I’ve noticed after a while and several tunings my bridge starts to lean forward. I usually loosen a little and push it back in place.

Cheap starter fiddle. Is this normal? Are there ways to do it better or stop it?

Changing Strings

I saw an old technique for changing strings by simply looping through the tailpiece, pulling snug on the bridge and nut, wrapping around the post several times and running straight through the hole in the post without any lock over wrap or anything. Since I was just about to change I gave it a try. So simple, so easy. Getting back into tune only takes a couple of turns by hand. The best part is it is staying in or near in tune better than ever. And the wraps look so nice and clean
