Sensor (Simplera) and pump (780g) connection problems
Hi all, just changed a sensor for my child after a premature failure of earlier one. Nothing new there, happens every week.
Weird thing is that the new sensor had an extremely long "waiting for the warm up to start" phase, but eventually started to work. Now it seems to read fine, but has serious problems with connecting to the pump, as indicated by the constant three dashes --- and the data being backfilled after it managed to reconnect. In the first two hours, this has happened pretty much constantly - it manages to reconnect molentarily, but then loses the connection short after again. I suspect the long warm up start was also just a symptom of the pump not being able to receive updates from the sensor.
Now the question: has this happened to anyone else and are there any actions we could do to fix it, or should we just toss the sensor? Id like to try to fix it first, cos my child really dislikes the sensor changes.
