Hi all, I need some advice on swinging legs when pulling. My lower body (left leg) always swing to the side when I pull, especially on the right side. I'm doing two-beat kick freestyle. That's my most comfortable style of kicks when I swim freestyle. I thought its because I didn't tighten up my core and my glutes or maybe It's over-rotation when I breathe on the right side.
Please give some critiques on my catch and pull, body position. Trying to be tight and glide through water. Appreciate your advice!
