This cable connects my neighbor's house to the pole, and it lays across my roof. I didn't care up until now, but I'm getting new shingles in a few weeks and I'm worried this may eventually damage them. I had a Rogers technician out this week and he tried to adjust it, but he said there isn't much they can do about it. Are they required to get this off my roof or do I just have to accept it?
