Lots of anxiety

I filed charges against my former employer back in November had my intake on 4/14 and was eligible for ADR on 4/27. I am having lots of anxiety about what happened and since they have 15 days I am worried they won't respond to the mediation request. I have a discrimination and retaliation charge against them for my employer telling me I need to quit or demote myself after having an ADA claim and then messed up my pay and never gave me training that ended up with me not knowing the job. Which ended up with me having a bad client and thought transferring them to higher up was the right thing to do. I have had so many other serious forms of harassment from the employer since then. And dealing with them still after the discrimination is hurting my anxiety worse than ever. My question is I guess since it's almost 15 days is that a bad thing for me? The company has over 1500 employees and multiple charges against them
