31(M) High achilles rupture (L) playing competitive volleyball. Went to push off with my left foot and thought the ref stand fell over and landed on the back of my leg. Turned to see nothing there and immediately knew.

Ruptured April 15, surgery on the 21st - everything went well

Looking for routines or recommendations to stay in shape pre-PT (about 4 more weeks). Figured a ton of calisthenics, but would like to hear what's worked for others
