As a complete novice, I don't feel very confident playing against other squash players, but I have found that I really enjoy doing some solo practise. I see it as a benefit that you can do quite satisfying solo drills unlike tennis, badminton, padel, etc. But I have no idea how common this is - I feel like a bit of a loner booking a court for one a few times each week. So here's a straw poll: how many times a week/month do you play solo Vs how often do you play against other players?
