Was able to use a knife to pry open the upper torso but unfortunately it will be forever loose. But I wanted to try this out and it looks amazing.

Swapped lower torso with retro card symbiote spiderman, and the right leg with magic the gathering battle damaged spiderman. The retro symbiote leg is actually shorter than the other leg so I have to use the drop down on it, but I wouldn’t have him on vanilla pose anyway.

I was able to use the remaining parts from retro symbiote to create another black suit infused spiderman, using a mix of the bootleg retro card, and the venom effect piece from the spiderman 3 figure.

I kept dipping it in boiling water and tried to pry it open with an x-acto knife but definitely ruined the paint and chipped the edges by doing so. I couldn’t fit in a flat head screwdriver because the crack just wouldn’t open wide enough. Is there any other proper way to actually do it?
