With Samrat Choudhary nearing 100 days as Bihar's Chief Minister (July 23), what rating would you give his performance out of 10, and why?

Samrat Choudhary completes 100 days as the Chief Minister of Bihar on July 23.

Looking back at his first 100 days:

  • How would you rate his performance on a scale of 1–10?
  • What do you think have been his biggest achievements?
  • What has disappointed you the most?
  • Which issues should be his top priority over the next 100 days?

Please keep the discussion civil and back up your opinions with specific examples or policies whenever possible.

This movie is the reason I started solo travelling. Has any movie ever changed your life?

I still remember watching Into the Wild for the first time. It wasn't just another travel movie for me—it completely changed how I thought about life, freedom, and travel.

One quote that stayed with me was:

>"The core of man's spirit comes from new experiences."

That line alone pushed me to stop waiting for the "right time" or the "right people." I realized that if I kept waiting for friends, I'd probably never go anywhere.

Another one that really hit me was:

>"Rather than love, than money, than fame, give me truth."

I don't agree with everything Christopher McCandless did, and I definitely don't think his journey should be romanticized. But his willingness to step outside the script that society writes for us made me question my own life.

My first solo trip was honestly terrifying. But after that first journey, I realized that solo travel isn't really about the destinations—it's about discovering a version of yourself that only shows up when you're completely on your own.

Even today, whenever I start overthinking a trip, I remember:

>"The core of man's spirit comes from new experiences."

That sentence has probably influenced more of my life than any self-help book ever has.

Has any movie inspired you to travel solo or completely changed the way you look at life? I'd love to hear your story.

This movie permanently changed the way I look at life

I know this quote won't resonate with everyone, but this film made me question success, ambition, and the idea that there's only one "correct" way to live.

Still one of the most impactful movies I've ever seen.

What movie had this effect on you?

Rohtas, Bihar

Rohtas is pretty easy to reach, whether by train or road, and monsoon is hands down the best time to visit. It’s quite close to my hometown, so I’ve been there plenty of times — and honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice. It looks way more surreal in person.
