So I got the email today to schedule out my shifts. There’s a minimum of 6 to schedule, and there are 7 games in my host city.
Each day has two shift options:
- 8:00am to 2:00pm
- 11:00am to 4:30pm
& the matches start at 12:00pm for each one.
I had a few questions regarding the scheduling process if anyone knows.
I don’t think there’s anything preventing me from stacking them (I may totally be wrong here), but if so, would I essentially just be working 8:00am-4:30pm, and getting “2 shifts”? This could allow me to go to <6 games, which could be preferred just since I am commuting each time.
Since the first shift ends in the middle of the match, does anyone know how the changeover goes? Would either of the shifts be preferable? My role is Guest Operations, so I feel like the shifts would be considerably different knowing most VIPs likely wouldn’t be at the stadium 3 hours before the match begins.
