Hi I am an Indian student currently pursuing bachelors in Electronics and Communication Engineering which will end in 2028. So I plan on taking up masters in VLSI semiconductor process in Japan through self finance.

Can anyone pls recommend me 5 good Japanese Universities for masters in VLSI semiconductor process in Japan through self finance. It would be great if you could briefly explain how I could get admission there and the academic eligibility criteria as I not a very bright student.
