I change my patch on Sun morning and wed night. 0.0375 twice weekly Sandoz. I also top up w 0.25 Divigel every night. I feel amazing.

I want to switch to Divigel only bc of the patch shortage and I want to use sauna etc several times a week.

Doc said to start w 0.5 Divigel nightly to start with and see how well it works. I guess to see if I absorb it better and might get away with a lower dose.

I am very sensitive to estrogen bc one sun morning I forgot to change the patch and by the afternoon I had a migraine. So how do I switch over?
