New Player Simulations Runs - No Loot - Yes XP
I think you could allow new players (or free players) to play an entire run with XP (but no quest progression) to learn maps, guns and gameplay. I'm an older player, and learning this game was a tedious affair, one which I have the luxury of time to learn. I was killed roughly 200 times before i even learned to update my controller settings to get everything right. A guy said i played like a baby gazelle. I had to ask chatGPT what that even would mean. I learned, adjusted, and now I can safely say at least i will look you in the eye when you shoot me now. Massive improvement. Anyway, the idea of simulations - let everyone have access to the full game but no real progression *xept chip xp*. The idea tho - is learn the game without feeling totally overwhelmed. Sweatys have no reason to go in, not even to rob you of heals. Loot boxes contain better guns (you cant take out) to keep them worth opening....just a thought bungie! go go go get this game new players. Now that my old butt play i need some new bodies to drop. Everyone here is too good already.
