Hello po, so nagbigay po kami kay client ng GMQ ng Steel beams tho mas malaki po ang stated quantity sa boq than the gmq. Now nag double check po ako ng plans and kulang po yung binigay namin na gmq for the steel beams. (40 tons po approximately and excess ng boq quantity to gmq). OSM po yung mga steel beams.

Hello po so meron po akong 2 work experience. 1st is site engineer for fit outs project (duration po was 6 months) and currently employed as a QS for a gen con (duration po is also 6 months)
Ngayon po i want to resign and look for another job po ulit. Both work ko po i was entrusted with responsibility above my experience po. Sa 1st work ko po, may kasama po akong supervisor for 1 day then left alone na po for the rest off my stay there. There were multiple times po where i wanted to resign pero i tried to take responsibility po hoping na baka maging okay naman pero i wasnt able to po. For this company naman po, first 2 months meron po akong supervisor, tho hindi nya po tinuturo sakin yung process like papakuha nya lang po sakin yung qty ng ganito and ganyan then ipapasa ko po and ayun wala na po ako alam sa nangyari. Ngayon po nagresign si supervisor and nag turnover po sya sakin for like 30min to 1hour and ayun ako na po yung only qs sa department.
at first nagagawa ko naman po ng maayos yung ilang responsibilities ko pero as time pass po lumalabas na yung gaps sa experience ko. I made mistakes with diameter of rebar (200 pcs) and my task po na sinasabi ni boss na he can do within 5 minute span but it is already taking me 2-3weeks and whole duration po nun sinisigawan na din nila ako (which i understand naman po due to my mistakes din naman sya).
Now, everytime po na darating yung 2 ko na boss is inaanxiety na po talaga ako. tho i admit mistakes were made on my part, pero natatakot na din po ako sa responsibility to handle millions na walang magdodouble check ng ginawa ko so nakakapanic po if may mga binibigay po ako na quantities na baka may na overlook ako since di rin naman po dinodouble check nila yung quantities
Is this an okay reason to resign po? Masama po kaya sa resume and 2 works experience na parehas lang months ang duration?
