I went out fishing today with friends and they said they tried bass and hated it. As far as i know, even though i hate it, some people would eat bass like crappie if they could and actually take the time to catch and cook it. I guess my main question is if you caught and ate bass and enjoyed it, what did you do? How was the water you landed it from? Is it the flakiness of the fish/gaminess? How was it cooked? I just cant fathom it and id like to know what is it that makes people not think twice about a bass compared to say a bluegill/catfish/crappie/trout.
Tldr; if you like it, how was it done/where is it from (dirty/clean) water and what is special about it?
Edit: since everybody loves bass could you add where you are catching from? Very curious to see if that makes a difference
